After 1 month (and 1 month to go) without a kitchen while our apartment is getting renovated, I’ve begun to compile recipes that I’d like to get back into the kitchen with.

This is why I haven’t updated Tumblr recently… we bought a 30 yr old apartment in the heart of Hong Kong and are in the process of having it gutted and renovated. Picking out most of the design choices ourselves, and it’s been quite the task!
